Placement Policy

Learn and Build ensures that all applicants who complete the Job Assistance Program will be placed. These standards are designed to ensure that all candidates are treated equally and fairly. The following guidelines must be followed by all candidates that apply:
  • Students will be requested to take the Job Assistance Test once they have registered. The test will last 45 minutes.
  • The test comprises of 30 questions and True-False questions. Students will be evaluated on their general aptitude and domain-specific knowledge.
  • Students will be graded on their exam performance, and based on their percentage score, they will be directed in selecting a Job Assistance Program specialization.
  • Candidates with a current college backlog are ineligible for the Job Assistance Program. A total of 75% in their respective course is also required.
  • After completing the course, every student is required to create an audio/video resume in the format outlined below.
    • Etiquette – Well-groomed with formals. Clean Background. Positive expressions on your face. Duration – between 1.5 Minutes to 2 Minutes
    • Intro – Name/Profile – Your name and what you aspiring for.
    • Degree – College/University name and expected to complete your course in month/year
    • Tools & Skills Learnt – Name the tools & skills you acquired during your graduation.
    • Personality – Faculties and Peers overall define you as, like Organized and Detail oriented person.
  • To be qualified for the Placement Guarantee, applicants must attend least 85% of the classes of the respective Course; nevertheless, candidates will still be eligible for 100 percent Placement Assistance.
  • Depending on the availability of the company, an all-out effort will be made to provide placement once all of the candidates have been given an opportunity.
  • To be qualified for the placement, an updated CV exhibiting correct information about an individual’s potential, abilities, and prior experience must be presented with the placement team before the deadline.
  • Students should immediately notify the appropriate faculty or placement team if their CV (phone number/email address/address) changes.
  • Always have your enrolment ID on you and follow all bylaws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • They have completed at least 2 projects per Course module (an additional two projects completion is required for working professionals).
  • Natsav Academy sets up placement drives on a regular basis.  A student will be entitled to sit for placements for up to 12 months after the course completion date.  However, our students undergo rigorous training and are typically placed before the course completion date or within 6 months from the course completion date.
  • Candidates must also meet the placement eligibility requirements of the individual organizations.
  • The placement team will provide a Google Form with the needed JD (Job
    Description) specifying location, CTC/Stipend offered, the job offered, and hiring procedure to invite chosen applicants for each particular demand from the recruitment partners.
  • Candidates should attentively read the Job Description and apply before the deadline. Only the profiles of individuals who applied within the specified time frame will be shared with the firm.
  • Candidates who leave their job after applying for a job with another firm will not be eligible for Job Assistance Program.
  • When the candidate is offered a Job from a company, Natsav Academy placement commitments is deemed fulfilled, and the student will not be eligible to partake in any further placement drives organized by Natsav Academy.
  • Once a student applies to take part in a recruitment drive, he/she needs to mandatorily participate in such recruitment including attending the interviews, entrance tests etc.  Any failure to do so would lead of backlisting of such student for any future recruitment drives facilitated by Natsav Academy.
  • Candidates must complete the task/assignment/project report on time throughout the course and as specified by the recruitment organization, otherwise they will be denied Job Assistance Program.
  • Any applicant who is discovered to be absent during the recruiting process of a firm for which he or she has applied or shown interest shall be denied Job Assistance Program.
  • Candidates must accept the offer made by the concerned organization for which they are qualified; if this is not done, Natsav Academy will not be obligated to provide a placement guarantee but will provide placement help.
  • After a candidate is selected by a firm, their placement guarantee/assistance from the placement team will be terminated.
  • Follow the placement team’s advice on maintaining an appropriate level of confidentiality with regard to any placement information.
  • In the event of an incident or concern during the placement, promptly inform the concerned faculty about their safety and well-being.
  • Because job postings are posted from all around India, it is critical for students to keep an open mind and be adaptable. If a fantastic opportunity in a different city presents itself, one should be eager enough to take it.
  • Current market conditions drive opportunities. Salary is determined by the candidate’s performance, market conditions, and the company’s remuneration rules.
  • Depending on the manner specified by the recruiting organization, the interview procedure might be conducted online or offline.
  • Depending on the job description offered by the recruiting organization, the form of work might be either online or offline.

Candidates Shall:

  • Keep track of the organisations and positions that they apply for.
  • Make a list of the job requirements that have been announced. These are beneficial
    throughout the interview process.
  • Candidates using Natsav Academy should continue to prepare for Written Tests, Group Discussions, and Interviews.
  • Unless the statement states that remuneration is negotiable, the candidate shall not bargain with the employer concerning salary and conditions other than those indicated previously during the interview.

User Account, Access, Password, and Security

  • Registration:
    – Registration for the NSAT Natsav Scholarship Admission Test must be completed within the specified timeline.
    – Applicants are required to provide accurate and verifiable information during the registration process.
    – Incomplete or inaccurate registrations may lead to disqualification
  • Admission Test Format:
    – The NSAT Natsav Scholarship Admission Test may consist of sections covering subjects relevant to the courses offered by Natsav Academy.
    – The test format, including the number of sections, duration, and marking scheme, will be provided prior to the examination date.
  • Exam Conduct:
    – The NSAT Natsav Scholarship Admission Test will be conducted offline at designated examination centers.
    – Applicants must adhere to the examination rules and regulations provided by the invigilators.
    – Any form of malpractice or misconduct during the examination will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Result Declaration:
    – Results of the NSAT Natsav Scholarship Admission Test will be declared within the specified timeframe.
    – The decision of Natsav Academy regarding the results shall be final and binding.
  • Scholarship Awards:
    – Scholarship awards will be granted based on the performance of the applicants in the NSAT Natsav Scholarship Admission Test.
    – The scholarship amount and criteria for awarding scholarships will be determined by Natsav Academy.
  • Change of Terms:
    – Natsav Academy reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of the NSAT Natsav Scholarship Admission Test at any time.
    – Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated through official channels.
  • Dispute Resolution:
    – In case of any disputes or discrepancies, Natsav Academy will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue in an amicable manner.

User Account, Access, Password, and Security

  • In order to access a Course on the Platform, You will have to register and create an account on the Platform by providing details, payment of the course fee and provisions of such other details as may be required by Emertxe and provided for in the Privacy Policy (“Account”). You can access the Platform by logging into Your Account with Your credentials.
  • You shall not have more than one active Account on the Platform. Additionally, You are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring Your Account to another party.  Account opened in the name of one student is not transferable to any other student under any circumstances.  
  • You shall ensure and confirm that the Account information and all Personal Information provided through the Platform is complete, accurate and up-to-date. If there is any change in the Account information, or if any information is found to be incomplete or incorrect, You shall promptly update Your Account information on the Platform or request Emertxe for information revision or update. If You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, unauthorised, not current, or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete), or if Emertxe has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Emertxe has the right to terminate your account and thereby terminating you from a Course.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account information, safeguarding the password or credentials that You use to access Course and/or course material and for any activities or actions under Your Account. You are encouraged to use “strong” passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols) with Your Account.
  • You agree to: (a) immediately notify Emertxe of any unauthorized use of Your Account information or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that You exit from Your Account at the end of each session. Emertxe cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to comply with the above requirements. Further, Emertxe will not be liable for any loss that You may incur as a consequence of unauthorized use of Your Account either with or without your knowledge.
  • You may be held liable for losses incurred by Emertxe or any other user of or visitor of the Platform due to authorized or unauthorized use of Your Account as a result of Your failure in keeping Your Account information secure and confidential.
